The Youth SIG board are elected to serve as representatives of the SIG for a two-year term after which a new election process is announced for active members to elect new leaders.

Member of the 2022 YOUthDIG organizing committee, the Youth IGF Italy and the Internet Society (ISOC) Italy Chapter, Veronica has been ISOC IGF Youth Ambassador in 2020, NextGen@ICANN71 and YOUthDIG participant in 2021. She currently serves as Vice-president for research of the #DearGovernment Organisation. AI enthusiast, with an interest in legal and ethical facets related to the use of algorithms for political micro-targeting, demand manipulation and price-fixing cartels.

He works as a pentester (cybersecurity specialist focused on invading systems), while pursuing his bachelor's in Electrical Engineering

He entered in the IG ecosystem in 2017 and never stopped participating, by mentoring ISOC IGF Youth Ambassadors in 2020 and 2021, facilitating in the ITU Generation Connect Americas, attending 4 IGFs and helping to develop the web structure for 2 Youth LACIGFs.

Shradha Pandey

Shradha is a student of policy and law with special focus on cyberlaws of India. She has been a part of the IG ecosystem since 2019 when she was selected for the InSIG fellowship. She also had the opportunity to be a part of the ISOC 2020 IGF Youth ambassadors, while currently serving as ITU Asia Pacific Youth Envoy of Generation Connect.

She has been in IG space since 2016 as proud alumna of the Africa School of Internet Governance as well as an ISOC IGF Ambassador 2020.
Mauricia currently serves as the Africa region representative on the Youth Coalition on Internet Governance DC committee as well as the CEO of the ElevateHER Africa Network NPO, a subsidiary of Dataworksco working to equip and send more African womxn and girls into the ICT sector and specifically the Internet Governance and Digital Policy space.

She entered IG is 2021 and been part of it ever since. She has participated in the IGF and YouthDIG in 2021. Currently, Elisa serves as a European Youth Envoy for the Generation Connect, a global initiative to ensure meaningful participation of youth in ITU as key stakeholders in the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Benjamin Chong Castillo
Chapters Adv Council (ChAC)

Benjamin is a Mexican lawyer focused on Digital Law, Privacy and Internet Governance. His experience in the IG ecosystem kickstarted in 2019 as a fellow of the South School of Internet Governance, which encouraged him to get involved at the local and regional level.
In 2020, he started to engage globally by participating in the first phase of the 2020 IGF Youth Ambassadors program, and then in the Nextgen@ICANN67 and ICANN70 programs. In the same year, Benjamin has been a speaker and ambassador at YouthLACIGF2020 and ambassador for the LACIGF13 meeting.
In 2021, he served as a member of the YouthLACIGF2021 organizing committee and was coordinator of the Privacy and Data Protection working group of the Youth Summit project at the 2021 IGF Poland. In said event, he was also Head delegate for the global YouthIGF in the round table with the Members of the European Parliament.
Currently, he serves in the ISOC Colombia Chapter’s Youth Group, co-organizing the Chapter's youth activities and events for 2022.
